Factlen is an independent digital media platform operated by Fenul LLC that publishes structured, multi-perspective coverage of news and consequential topics. The service includes free editorial content, interactive features such as search and topic pages, and an optional paid membership (FactLens Member).

All content on Factlen — articles, perspective breakdowns, infographics, data visualisations, and site design — is owned by Fenul LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may read, share links to, and quote brief excerpts of our content with attribution and a link to the original article. You may not republish articles in full, use our content to train commercial machine-learning systems without permission, or remove attribution. AI crawlers and their permissions are addressed in robots.txt and llms.txt.

You agree not to: interfere with or disrupt the service; access it with automated tools at a volume that degrades it for others; attempt to bypass security or access controls; misrepresent your affiliation with Factlen; or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access that violates these rules.

FactLens Member is an optional subscription ($4.99/month unless stated otherwise at checkout) billed through our payment processor. It renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep member benefits until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, applying from your next renewal. Refunds for the current period are handled case-by-case — contact us via the Contact page.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. We may close accounts that violate these terms. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the Contact page.

Coverage is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Factlen content is journalism and analysis for general information — it is not professional, legal, financial, investment, or medical advice, and should not be relied on as such. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fenul LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.
