Amazon-owned autonomous vehicle company Zoox has officially unveiled the "production intent" redesign of its purpose-built robotaxi, introducing a suite of rider-centric upgrades as the firm prepares for a commercial launch later this year. Unlike traditional vehicles retrofitted with self-driving sensors, the Zoox robotaxi was designed from the ground up for autonomy.
