Factlen Rewards Program Terms

Factlen Rewards (the “Program”) is a members loyalty program operated by Factlen (“we”). By participating you agree to these terms.

1. Points & membership

• Points are earned through activity only — daily check-ins, reading and sharing articles, match predictions, streaks and referrals. Points cannot be purchased.
• Earning points requires an active membership. Free-trial members earn points and climb the Championship tables; only paid members are eligible to claim prizes (gift-card redemptions and Championship cash).
• Points have no cash value, are not property, and are not transferable, exchangeable or inheritable.
• Earning rates, caps and tier thresholds are displayed in the app and may change prospectively at any time.
• Predictions are a game of skill and knowledge, and standings are determined solely by points earned — there is no element of chance in any prize.

2. Tiers

• Tiers (Gold, Platinum, Diamond) are based on points earned in the current calendar year. Your balance and tier progress reset on January 1 each year.
• The tier you reach in any given year carries forward as your protected tier for the following calendar year — you never start the new year below the tier you earned.
• Spending points on redemptions does not lower your tier.

3. Redemptions & prizes

• Redemptions are processed exclusively at factlen.com and are subject to availability, monthly stock limits, tier requirements and an active paid membership.
• Prizes are physical merchandise shipped worldwide. Redeeming is a deterministic loyalty benefit (a fixed number of points for a fixed prize value — no chance), limited to one claim per account per calendar month. We issue a one-time code; the winner picks any item up to their tier value from our online stores and provides a shipping address. The winner is responsible for any customs/duties. We may decline claims that show signs of fraud or abuse.
• The Predictor Championship awards weekly and monthly prizes to the highest-ranked paid members by points earned in the period. It is a contest of skill governed by the Predictor Championship Official Rules. There are no random drawings anywhere in the Program.

4. Premium multiplier

Factlen Premium subscribers earn 2× points on prediction outcomes and streak bonuses. The multiplier is a subscription benefit, not a purchase of points.

5. Fair play

• One account per person. Automated, scripted or fraudulent activity (including self-referrals and duplicate accounts) voids accrued points and may close the account.
• We may correct point balances affected by errors or abuse.

6. Points are not purchasable

Points are the only currency in the Program and are earned only — there is no way to buy Points or any other currency anywhere in the apps or on the web. Points have no cash value except where explicitly redeemed for a listed reward under these Terms.

7. Changes & termination

We may modify, suspend or end the Program with reasonable notice. Outstanding points may be redeemed during a wind-down window of at least 30 days. You can delete your rewards data at any time from your account page.

8. Eligibility

The Program is open to registered users aged 13+. Anyone worldwide may earn points and appear on the Championship table. Prize claims (merch redemptions and the Predictor Championship) require an active paid membership and age 18+, and ship to most countries — excluding any where we cannot lawfully ship or run the contest (sanctioned/embargoed countries and jurisdictions that restrict paid-entry skill contests). The winner covers any customs/duties. Void where prohibited.
