Predictor Championship — Official Rules

The Predictor Championship is a contest of skill. Winners are determined solely by the number of Rewards Points they earn during the contest period — not by chance. No element of the prize is awarded randomly.

1. Sponsor

Factlen (operated by Soft Flourish LLC). Contact via factlen.com/contact.

2. Eligibility

Open to Factlen members who hold an active paid membership (not a free trial) at the close of the relevant contest period and are 18 years or older. Anyone worldwide may earn points and appear on the table; prizes can be claimed and shipped to most countries, excluding any country where the Sponsor cannot lawfully ship or run the contest (including sanctioned/embargoed countries and jurisdictions that restrict paid-entry skill contests). The contest is void where prohibited. Employees of the Sponsor and their household members are not eligible.

3. How to take part

• Earn Rewards Points through normal member activity (predictions, streaks, check-ins, reading). Points are earned, never purchased.
• Each member’s standing is their total points earned during the contest period (the calendar month, UTC; a weekly table is also published for recognition only).
• Standings are published on the Championship table in the app and at factlen.com.

4. Contest periods & prizes

• The contest is monthly. Standings reset each calendar month (UTC). Awards are made monthly only — the top 3 by points earned in the month.
• Weekly table: a weekly standings table is also published for recognition. No prize of any kind is awarded for the weekly table.
• Each monthly award is physical merchandise of the winner’s choosing from the Sponsor’s online store, gallery.echovira.com, up to an approximate retail value of US$50 for 1st place and US$25 for 2nd and 3rd place. Awards are made by rank — highest points wins — with documented tie-breakers (earliest to reach the score). No cash alternative, and no gift card, store credit, cryptocurrency or other transferable instrument is offered or issued in place of the merchandise.

5. Determination & delivery of prizes

• Winners are the highest-ranked eligible paid members by points earned in the period. There is no random draw at any stage.
• Winners are notified by email and must confirm within 7 days; an alternate (next in rank) is selected otherwise. The winner selects any item on gallery.echovira.com up to their tier’s retail value and provides a shipping address; the Sponsor then places and pays for that order and ships the item to the winner. No code, credit or other instrument is issued to the winner at any point. Prizes are non-transferable.
• Prizes ship worldwide except to excluded countries (Section 2). The winner is responsible for any import duties, customs charges or taxes in their country; the Sponsor will issue tax forms where required by law.
• The Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, automated, or violates the Rewards Program Terms, and may correct point balances affected by error or abuse.

6. General conditions

• This contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Apple, Google, any app store, or any league, federation or governing body, and prizes are claimed only on factlen.com — never inside an app.
• A winners list is available on request via factlen.com/contact for 60 days after each contest period.
